CHRIS PULS
Founder and CEO
Chris has 23+ years industry and recruiting experience, including 11 years in the consulting practice with a Big 4 and regional public accounting firm. During this time, he learned from strong leaders, collaborated with talented co-workers and developed strong partnerships with hundreds of clients.
Prior to starting Links Recruiting, Chris was a recruiting manager for a large international firm for 7 years, workingacross many industries and roles, and developing a passion for the recruiting industry. With his casual and approachable demeanor, Chris is not just a leader in the recruiting industry; he's a collaborative partner dedicated to shaping your organization's future.
Chris is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (Economics 00’), and La Salle institute (96’). Outside of the recruiting world, Chris is an avid golfer and also has been an Assistant Varsity Hockey Coach with La Salle for the past 8 years. He resides in Latham, NY with wife his wife, Carrie, and twin girls, Kiera and Kinley.
