Chris leads the firm's recruiting practice and day-to-day client and candidate relationships, while Michael and Steve provide strategic, financial and operational perspective. Together, the team brings a business-minded approach to recruiting built around understanding each organization, the people behind it and what success looks like.

Chris brings 25+ years of experience across recruiting, consulting and business advisory services. He leads the firm's recruiting practice and works directly with clients and candidates throughout the search process.
